Rorodaan ( Gogorolongan)

Rorodaan also called gogorolongan is the one of traditional game that unique in Indonesia, because if we look from the shape of this game and also the way we played this game it's very funny and make us fun ofcourse. Rorodaan made by bamboo, wood, and sandals as wheels that will help us to operate the tool, and also we can make the tools with two bamboo stamping on the bottom with heigh around 40 cm from the ground.

How to lay this game,? well, actually this game is very simple and easly to play, but we need a little skill, especially keep the body's balance, if we can't we will fall to the ground. We also can play this game together with our friends, one or more it's ok, and we can play this game alternatly with one of our friend push the Rorodaan and we sit on the tool as well. Actually Rorodaan is a game that very good to play, because this game teach us to learn about how to bulid a teamwork between us as a player in this game. So let's tray this game and keep this traditional game even this game will not lost in the future.

Kelereng/Gundu (Marbles)

Kelereng or Gundu is the one of traditional game that very popular in Indonesia especially in the village, I take this picture when I was in my village last week. Actually this game is favored by all circle, especially menfolk. Largely, the people that played this game are live in the  village. And the most important things that we have to know about this game is this game has to play in a group, it can't play by one person because to play this game we need at least two people as a opponent, and also a media to put the marbles into the ring. Usually the media made in the flat ground and so on. And  to be the winner, we have to knock out  the marbles outside the circle as many as we can, and don't forget to knock out the opponents' marbles out the line of the media. more and more we knock out the marbles from the circle, will be better and we will be the winner of the game.
the benefit that we can get from this game are first, we can learn about patience, emotional train, train the ability to think, and training accuracy and thoroughness.
Really good games to play, fun and also many benefits....

Cublak-cublak Suweng

        This game is played by a minimum of three people. However, generally between six to eight people. The objective of this game is to find Suweng (earrings) are hidden by the other friends. At the beginning of the game all the players get together and determine which one of them to be Mr. Empo in a way which is called Hompimpa or pingsut. Once on the role of pack Empo, they all sit in a circle and in the middle of the pack Empo circle lying face down. Each man put his palms facing upwards on the back of the pack Empo.
One of them took the pebbles or other objects that are considered as earrings. Then they all sang together cublak-cublak Suweng while turning the palms of gravel from one to the other until the last stanza. when the song is finished, all players pretend to outwit gravel pack memgang Empo. Then Mr. empo wake up and have to guess where the gravel is located.
       When pak Empo wrong, he will do it again till he is true.

Egrang

      Stilts is one of Indonesian traditional games are increasingly rare. This game can be encountered in various regions in Indonesia with a different title, but the title stilts more common than others. The game is usually played by children. but not infrequently also played by adult men in particular celebrations such as race conducted on Indonesian Independence Day. 
     General rules in playing the game stilts divided into two, namely race and race with stilts knockdown of stilts. In the race quite difficult due to step foot must coincide with the movement of the hand as he picked up the foot stilts stilts that can also be lifted. while the race to knock opponents off the top of stilts that players should have a high ability because we must avoid the opponents attack crashed egrangnya foot foot stilts with us so that we can fall. Gasing (Spinning Top)

Gasing or spinning top is the one of  popular traditional game in Indonesia, especially people in East Kalimantan, they called this game "begasing". Gasing made by wood, for example Ironwood, and other important thing is strong string to play the gasing, its used to spin the gasing. Usually this game played by every circle, children, teenagers, even adult people played this game. how to make it,? first, choose a hard ironwood, then cut it as wide as 15 - 20 cm. Smooth the upper part using a special knife to shape gasing head. The head is 1,5 to 5 cm in diameter and 2 to 6 cm of height. Next, smooth the lower part of the wood to shape gasing body. The body should be larger than the head so that it spins in balance. The base of the body is shaped pointed. It aims as the axis when gasing spins. The more pointed the base, the longer it spins.

This game can play in individual or in group. The way to play this game is very simple, we just need to choose the area where we want to throw the gasing, make the gasing slick to easier when we spin the gasing, and the most important thing is more long the gasing rotate, it will be better. this game has the values, its about cultural values, with played this game, we can keep our traditional game and with this game we can tighten our relationship between old generations to modern generations.

PETAK JONGKOK

       Petak Jongkok is a traditional game that played by all of ages.Sometimes this game played in a room,field,or on a lonely road.Even this game can played everywhere without any preparation.To play this game we must decided the lose person especially choosed by ''gambreng'' to be  a guard or runner,and the other people must run away.
       All of the players must runaway avoid the guard.Then the guard must chasea player untill can pat the players every where.If the guard succes to pat a player,the position change automatically.The people that has pat by a first guard,he/she is the next guard.Other players can release theirselh by squat,that's why this game called petak jongkok.The players that have squad is considered nonactive and can't activate themselves.And the one way is the players that have squad tapped by another player that haven't squad and dont be a guard.

Lompat Tali (Jump Rope)

        The  traditional game of jump rope is a simple but useful because can increase their healthy, socialization with other people, training the emotion, gross motor, accucary, intellectual, and moral . The tool was easy to find because its in our environment and not too expensive to buy. This game is very popular in the 1970's until 1980's. This game is very loved by children, generally when they in elementary school. boy or girl either. but most of them are girls.they usually play after school.
        Jump rope game is a game that uses rubber jointed elongated continued. This game is played by at least three children. two people holding each end of the rope, giving the size of the rubber height ranging from lowest to highest to jump one other person. when jumping, the player must not touch the rope at all. if it happens, then it will be declared failed and had to hold the ends of the rope to alternately play. The highest jump is the winner.

YOYO

           Yoyo is addapted fron llcano language from filipina another people said from tagalig language from filipina.In tagalig language yoyo means ''come here''or''come back''.In yoyo's traditional game yoyo just tied with a knot.It makes yoyo just can move down to up.In fact yoyo is easy to play even by children though.But,to people that never played it must be difficult.This game usually played by childreen espicially the boy.Sometimes this game became a match.Yoyo's traditional game played by rotated.
Here is how to play:
 1.first,twist yoyo with strap that is in the gap on the midle of yoyo.
2.wrap the strap rounded the gap till the rope twisted around the end of the rope and left alone.
3.bundle the end of the rope and associate to  the one of your fingers espicially the midle finger.
4.fall down the yoyo.
5.hitch the rope and then yoyo will go up.
      yoyo is a relic of history about 500 years ago.At that time people believed that this game is used in a certain religious ceremony.In this ceremony yoyo is dedicated fron child to the God.And as a symbol that the child has reach the adult age.

Layang-Layang (Kite Flying)

Layang-layang or called kite flying is one of tradisional game that very populer in Indonesia, no matter where it is. Most of people in Indonesia play this game, especially for young boy. In fact, kite flying is a game that liked by all circles, children, teenagers, even adult people play kite flying, because kite flying is a game that easier to play, we just need to make it with some of bamboo rod, thread, and then colored paper as you want, and don't forget glue paper to attach the paper to the thread and also plastic yarn to fly it in the air. But more important within make a kite flying is the balance between left side, and right side of the kite flying, if there is something wrong with one of the sides, the kite flying will not fly well.

Kite flying is very fun game, there is kite flying competition for kite flying lovers... in this competition everyone that love this game will race to win. How to be the winner in this game,?... player that want to be the winner has to attacking an opponents' kite and cutting them loose, because the objective of this game is to destroy and cut the opponents' kite loose. and actually this game can make us happy and we can express our emotional through play this game. happy playing " kite lovers "

   Mounting nut is one of the traditional games are interesting and horrendous. The game is usually helds at a specific time such as Indonesia's independence day celebrations on August 17. 
   Mounting nut has its own provisions, such as one containing a group of five men and they should work together to climb the tree nut that is already covered in oil slick, in order to get to the top and take the gifts that have been provided. The prize is usually in the form of food, clothing, and even cash aroundt Rp 500.000,00 till 1 million rupiah. That's amazing, Right ? PATIL LELE

 Patil Lele is one of traditional games in indonesia. In east of java it called patil lele,in central of java it called benthik.This games usually played by children at elementary school in the field or in the yard.To play this game,needed concetration and strength of physic especially our hands. This game is to play by team.Before we start to play this game we must prepare the tool and divide the players in groups. The tool of this game are two.One stick about 40 centimeters(called induk) to hit and one again about 6-7centimeters(called anak),also make a hole in the land with diameter about 10cm.And then decide which group is lost.The lost group is be on duty and the winner is playing.                
  The first step is,when the stick(anak) placed over the hole, which is then gouged from the bottom of the stem as far as possible by one of the players of the winning team. After the (anak) gouged (induk) should be placed in the hole in the transverse position. All players who try to catch (anak) if successful then the player who had been gouged considered a failure. If there is no player who caught the case should throw (anak) in the direction of the hole and had the (induk).If gouged (induk) the player is fail,but if don't gouged (induk) the player is not fail and can go to the next level.The second step is,(anak) is setting with pierce and skew position in the hole,and then the peak of (anak) hitted with (induk) until thrown upstair and hit it as far as posible. If can't hit the player is failed. That's happen continually.
